Native to Madagascar, Hypoestes have stunning variegation and can be found in many colours. They are good for terraria as they prefer high humidity.

Prefers bright indirect light. Never allow the soil to go dry – water when the top of the soil is beginning to dry. Prefers humidity -mist every morning! Pinch out flower buds which weaken the show of leaves.
